Prime Capital Investment Advisors Acquires Liberty Wealth Advisors

Prime Capital Investment Advisors (PCIA) is pleased to announce that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Liberty Wealth Advisors, a $1.75 billion wealth planning and investment management firm with clients in more than 45 states*.

Liberty Wealth Advisors is led by chairman and CEO, James S. Gladney. In addition to Gladney, 14 other employees across 9 states will be joining the PCIA family. This includes five advisors, with a combined total of approximately 725 clients.
