About Prime Capital Financial’s Internship Program

Prime Capital Financial’s eight-week internship program helps emerging professionals build the experience, relationships, and confidence to define their path in financial services. The program offers two tailored tracks: the Operations Track for rising juniors and the Advisor Track for rising seniors.

Through hands-on work, targeted learning experiences, and meaningful connections with advisors, associates, leaders, and industry professionals, interns gain exposure to the many career paths available within our firm. Supported by Prime Capital Financial’s leadership team and outstanding associates, each intern is empowered to contribute fresh perspectives, develop practical skills, and grow in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment designed to prepare them for long-term career success.

2026 Intern Recruitment Highlights

Our 2026 internship program, Driven with Purpose, Defining Your Path, welcomed 20 talented interns representing 10 universities. In just 10 weeks, this exceptional group made the most of every opportunity, completing 41 trainings, observing 281 client meetings, attending 26 vendor meetings and calls, and making 73 cold calls.
Beyond the structured program, interns took meaningful initiative to build their professional networks and explore the industry. Collectively, they created 4,942 new LinkedIn connections; held 239 one-on-one meetings with Overland Park advisors and associates; connected with 116 Prime advisors and associates nationwide; and met one-on-one with 27 professionals outside of Prime Capital Financial.

Interns also developed and presented business plans, reflected on their growth and future goals, and gave back to the community by packing diapers for 364 babies through HappyBottoms and supporting Olathe students through the Father’s Club. Together, they raised nearly $1,500 in donations and supplies. We are proud of the curiosity, professionalism, and purpose they brought to the program, and grateful to the advisors, associates, executives, mentors, and community partners who invested in their experience.
