Joanna Cecilia-Fleming is a highly experienced financial planner based in White Plains, NY, dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve financial well-being and retirement goals.
Joanna’s practice encompasses a broad range of services, including financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, insurance guidance, tax planning, and estate planning.
