Angel Taylor serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Prime Capital Financial, where she leads with purpose, passion, and a people-first mindset. With a career spanning more than 25 years across healthcare, tech, brand marketing, and financial services, Angel is known for creating environments where people feel empowered to do their best work.

Her visionary leadership is driving the firm’s people strategy across all business units, strengthening culture, accelerating growth, and elevating the advisor and associate experience. From workforce planning and leadership development to building inclusive, high-performing teams, Angel brings creativity, strategy, and infectious energy to every initiative.

Before joining Prime Capital Financial, Angel was the Head of People and Culture at TreviPay, where she led transformative HR strategies that energized the workplace and empowered teams. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President at Barkley US, leading talent management and M&A integrations. She also held key leadership roles at Cerner Corporation, overseeing global workforce strategy and leadership development.

Angel earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.

Outside the office, Angel is all about family, fitness, and fun. She’s a proud mom of two amazing adult daughters and is deeply rooted in the love and support of her parents and sister. A self-proclaimed wellness junkie, Angel recharges by working out, traveling, enjoying great food, watching live music, and sharing laughs with the love of her life. Her life advice?
