Jack Souder

FINANCIAL ADVISOR

Jack Souder began his career with Prime Capital Financial as an intern in the Denver office during the summers of 2023 and 2024. Both of these experiences reinforced his passion for financial planning and the firm’s collaborative, client-first culture. He chose this profession because he values helping people make progress toward meaningful goals and enjoys guiding clients through a clear, thoughtful planning process.

Since his internship, Jack has joined our firm as a Financial Advisor, where he helps individuals and families get organized financially, build long-term plans, and make confident decisions about their future. His practice is centered on creating clarity, simplifying complex topics, and providing ongoing support so clients feel informed and empowered at every stage of their financial journey.

His approach is highly relationship-driven. Jack takes the time to understand who his clients are, what they care about, and what they are working toward. He is known for simplifying what can feel overwhelming, explaining the “why” behind each strategy and creating a collaborative experience where clients feel supported.

Jack earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and completed his MBA at UCCS in 2025. While in college, he served as captain of the Men’s Soccer team, which ranked third nationally during his senior year. He is licensed to work with clients in Colorado and Kansas.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys skiing, playing sports, hiking, and learning the game of pickleball. He lives in Denver, Colorado, and grew up in Overland Park, Kansas.
