VICE PRESIDENT
Rich serves as a Vice President for Prime Capital Retirement (formerly Qualified Plan Advisors) Houston office and has been working in the retirement plan industry for over 10 years. He serves as a fiduciary partner in assisting clients monitor and track plan investments, as well as provide innovative solutions to help participants become retirement ready. Additionally, Rich serves on the 12-member Investment Advisory Committee at Prime Capital Financial, parent organization of Prime Capital Retirement, that is charged with developing, monitoring, and actively managing the firm's custom investments and model allocations. He also sits on the Prime Capital Retirement subcommittee to assist in shaping the firm's views and outlook on the retirement plan market. Rich holds his AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) and CRPS (Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist) designations.
Prior to joining Prime Capital Retirement, Rich served as a Consultant with Ascende Wealth Advisers, Inc. He served 10 years in this capacity, working with plan sponsors to develop efficient and fiduciarily sound retirement programs for participants.
Rich is a graduate from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Marketing. Personally, he enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife Sarah and two sons, Caleb and Derek. He is an avid golfer and relishes the opportunity to take his sons to the course.
